The client does. Arcovra can organize information, coordinate checks and communicate with suppliers, but the final supplier and purchasing decisions remain with the buyer.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
No. We can compare quotations and commercial terms, but the lowest price is not always the safest or most suitable option and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you handle customs clearance in my country?
We can coordinate China-side export steps and logistics communication. Import, tax, certification and customs clearance requirements should be confirmed with qualified local providers.
